Secretary Responsibilities:
- Attend bi-monthly Board Meetings and Annual Meeting
- Prepare the Agenda for the Annual Meeting and Board Meetings
- Prepare the Minutes for the Annual Meeting and Board Meetings
- Annual Meeting Planning and Preparation
- Prepare content for website posts and outgoing resident emails
