Greetings Stenning Woods Neighbors,
I’m writing to you to let you know of a change that is taking place on the Stenning Woods Maintenance Association (SWMA) Board.
Chip Fody, Treasurer and Billing Coordinator has elected to resign from the Board effective July 2, 2020 in order to focus on other responsibilities. Chip has been the Billing Coordinator since 2002 and Treasurer since 2018 and his dedication, commitment and passion for what he does for the neighborhood will be sorely missed. On behalf of our community, we extend our gratitude to Chip for his years of service and we wish Chip, Regina and family the best in the future.
At this critical time, we implore you to consider volunteering your time and serving on the Board as Treasurer. If we are unable to fill the Treasurer’s position by July 2, we will need to transfer those responsibilities to an accounting firm or our property management company at expense to the residents. In addition to the Treasurer position, other board members have served for an extensive period of time and are ready for another resident to step up and assume their board responsibilities.
